Yahoo being a well-known entity needed help designing a medical clinic that maintained their brand identity while also making everyone's overall experience more enjoyable. The tone is set as soon as a patient enters the waiting area, we showcased Yahoo’s iconic purple color tastefully in the furniture selection. Streamlined wood accents with an eccentric light fixture keeps the space feeling contemporary and clean; this is further explored throughout the space. Corridors that lead to the treatment rooms feature custom wall graphics, this time desaturating Yahoo's purple to evoke a feeling of tranquility while maintaining the sensation of youthfulness. The interiors of the rooms utilize simplistic furnishings and low contrast to make the space feel larger and less intimidating. Through intentional use of contrast of color and materials manipulation we were able to create a more enjoyable clinical experience for patients and employees.
