A leading independent investment bank, North Point sought to open a new chapter in their corporate headquarters office that reflected their values and success while maintaining the functionality of their work style. During the initial phases of the project, Borum offered schematic designs and space plans for North Point's effective real estate search until they found the brand new location in the heart of San Francisco's financial district to accommodate their future landmarks.

In order to create the perfect space for North Point, Borum Design Team took San Francisco's breath-taking scenery as a primary inspiration and created spaces to enhance what's already there.

They also created the communal areas along with private work areas and touch downs. The Hero Lounge is an open plan conference area that is one of the more unique features. The goal is to inspire and empower employees through the creation of a collective work environment. In the Hero Lounge, five meeting hubs and a breakroom reflect the "Rise & Grind" workplace designs influenced by industrial and hospitality settings. In addition to the framed artwork on the wall, the logos of North Point's clients that they have assisted along the way were also an important aspect of this project. By creating art that represents North Point's brand and success, The Design Team demonstrated the company's commitment to customer relationships.
